Go4Snacks Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, date changes, and order modifications.

  1. 1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    If you need to cancel your order, refunds will be provided based on the notice given before the scheduled delivery time:

    • 5 days (120+ hours) or more before delivery: 90% refund of your order value.
    • Between 72 to 120 hours before delivery: 75% refund of your order value.
    • Between 48 to 72 hours before delivery: 50% refund of your order value.
    • Less than 48 hours before delivery: No refund is available.
  2. 2. Delivery Date Change Policy

    If you need to reschedule your delivery to a new date, the following terms apply:

    • More than 72 hours before delivery: No fee for changing the date. The new delivery date must be at least 72 hours after the time you request the change.
    • Between 48 to 72 hours before delivery: A date change fee of 15% of your order value (minimum fee of ₹1,000) applies. The new delivery date must be at least 72 hours after the time you request the change.
    • Less than 48 hours before delivery: Changes to the delivery date are not permitted.
  3. 3. Order Modification Policy

    You can make changes to the items and quantities in your order up to 36 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

    • Increasing Quantity: You may increase quantities without any restrictions.
    • Decreasing Quantity: You may decrease quantities, but the total order value cannot be reduced by more than 20%.
